Why?
The mockup was made to visualize the different paths an user can take to get to a transaction with the government (in this example: move to another adress).
The mockup is a first step in a case study how to use life events in the e-government domain.
How?
The flows where created in a workshop, where they were drawn on a whiteboard. From these sketches a overview picture was made in Photoshop. For each block (representing a page in this overview) a HTML page was made. The overview was put in a HTML page with clickable pages, two different flows and some explanatory content.
So What?

The flows were very usefull to experience how a user moved cross-domain and non-lineair. This focus on the user instead of the architecture (how the domains related to each other) made it not quite abstract, helping the understanding of it and to better present the ideas.
